Liz Truss calls for NATO to expand around the globe to counter the threat from superpowers like Russia and China.

Presenter: Good day, Valeriy Viktorovich!
Valeriy Pyakin: Good day!
Presenter: Good day, dear viewers, listeners, and guests in the studio! Today is May 2, 2022. We are continuing to review questions about the special military operation in Ukraine.
Valeriy Pyakin: All world events are now linked with Russia’s special military operation in Ukraine. Others can’t possibly exist. This is the most fundamental process; the world’s fate is at stake, or what the world’s future will be like. Therefore, naturally, all questions revolve around the special military operation.
Presenter: A question from Konstantin: “British Foreign Secretary Liz Truss delivered a staggering speech at the Easter Banquet in the City of London, which many have already compared to Churchill’s Fulton speech that heralded the start of the Cold War between the USSR and the collective West. She nearly directly declared war on both Russia and China. Do you have any comments about her statement?”
Valeriy Pyakin: Yes, it’s a noteworthy speech, but it bears little resemblance to Churchill’s Fulton speech. Churchill spoke of the Western world’s „cold“ war against the Soviet Union and the Socialist Bloc, which was just taking shape at the time. To the contrary, Truss spoke of creating a world in which Russia has no place in whatever way. Russia is denied the right to merely exist, according to her. Since that problem has already been resolved for her, the question now is how the Western world should confront China.
What caused this problem to be resolved so swiftly for her? Throughout the last few Q&A programs, I’ve been talking about the increasing probability of a third world war, a nuclear war, and the approaching of this war. But, whereas previously a step or half-step was taken in this direction, and somewhere a leap was made (like with Nabiullina, we came up to the nuclear war close), now we are barrelling headlong into this third world nuclear war. Just at a breakneck pace.
They say: “The Third World War is impossible because it will result in mutual destruction.” Yes, if it is mutual destruction, the Third World War will be impossible. However, if the Western world is confident that it will not face retaliation, it will undoubtedly hit Russia. This blow to Russia is crucial for the West because it cannot continue to exist in this manner and plunder Russia if Russia has at least a hypothetical chance of resurrection. In the modern technological world any remaining technical capabilities of Russia will give it a chance for resurrection. As it happened during the Soviet Union’s collapse in the 1990s, when they looted and looted yet left something intact, and industrial centers were retained… These industrial centers must now be entirely demolished. These industrial centers should not exist in the first place. So Russia will be unable to resurrect itself in any way.
When we are told that we were lucky because they thought Russia had already been defeated and, as a result, Russia was able to recover, we don’t believe it. Complex social supersystems are difficult to destroy completely. I have said it before: it took 100 years for them to destroy France, and it took 100 years for them to destroy Germany. As for Russia and the Soviet Union, even 100 years is not enough. So everyone understood very well that if the West had even the slightest chance to finish off Russia in the 1990s, it would have done so. They would have finished Russia off. They would have never put it off until later. The West leaves nothing behind. It is immune to mercy, unselfishness, and compassion. When the West has a strong desire for something, it will pursue it to the end. Look at how they established colonial empires and exploited North American lands. Where have these Indians gone, with whom they signed so many agreements? God help this tribe that signed an agreement with this American government. As soon as the American state had the opportunity to breach it, they did so. Agreements were never worth the paper they were written on for the Americans.
Therefore, if they had the slightest chance in the 1990s to fully destroy Russia, to divide it, they would have pursued it to the end. What, have we not witnessed these attempts before? There were attempts to establish the Ural Republic, the Siberian Republic, the Cossack Land, the Far Eastern Republic, and the Moscow Kingdom — all the same, but none succeeded. They even released money for the Ural Republic. Their strength was insufficient. They believed that everything had been completed and that Russia no longer existed. It turned out, however, that this was not the case. The strength was insufficient to destroy it at the time.
Therefore, the West will not repeat the same mistake. It’s a foregone conclusion that the West will launch a nuclear attack on Russia. They will be able to demolish industrial centers, eliminate the chance of Russia restoring sovereignty, and divide Russia into „souvenir“ states as a result of this. This is what the West strives to do. Since 2014, I have warned numerous times about the plans of the American country „elite“ to bring war to Ukraine, which would expand to Russia and eventually to Europe, as well as the repercussions for Russia: division of Russia and destruction of industrial centers.
But, in the current situation, simple destruction and scrapping of the industrial centers by internal traitors or undecided people is not possible anymore — the West cannot rely on those who think the state undergoes a transformation on its own. That is to say, to rely on people’s inability to recognize governance would no longer suffice. This is how Russia was demolished in the 1990s, but it didn’t work out then either. Accordingly, preventing the development of these events is only achievable if the West will be confident of receiving a devastating retaliation blow.
